Under the skin – sensitive internal and external clarification
Thanks to many years of experience, personal development and feedback from my clients, I have created a holistic treatment, UNDER THE SKIN, which combines a cosmetic facial treatment with sensitive coaching. This has formed the basis of my work for many years. My understanding of cosmetic here is based on the Ancient Greek, with the verb κοσμέω meaning “to order” as well as “to adorn or embellish”.
Throughout this relaxing and gently energetic facial treatment using high-quality, organic products, my touch on the outside, your skin, leads me to feel what is hidden beneath, on the inside. My highly sensitive perception will enable us to go deeper into your inner consciousness and find the issues we need to gently work on in the safe surroundings of my treatment room. Together, we will find out what moves you, we will clarify and organise your deepest inner thoughts and feelings,and round off the process with the external clarification of your skin.
This holistic treatment will help you to refine your senses, your self-perception and how your body feels, and strengthen your intuition. You will gain the courage to trust yourself and go your own personal way. You will feel more fulfilled, full of energy and joie de vivre, creativity and drive. However, it’s not just what you find out about your inner self that will surprise you – take a look in the mirror for some equally pleasing results. In touch – with yourself
IN TOUCH is the condensed version of my comprehensive UNDER THE SKIN treatment. It’s ideally suited to a first appointment with me so that we can get to know each other and start a treatment programme together. IN TOUCH is also an excellent choice as a continuation of a previous session to help me gain a deeper understanding. It has always been important to me to establish a complete overview of a client’s inner state as well as their skin. After all, internal processes, emotions and unsettled issues are often reflected externally in your skin. My holistic approach to dealing with everything that’s going on internally and externally in your life will therefore also visibly improve your skin.
The IN TOUCH treatment consists of a gentle cleanse and facial massage, allowing you to let go in a relaxing atmosphere and get in touch with your inner feelings. My highly sensitive perception will enable us to go deeper into your inner consciousness and find the issues we need to work on in the safe surroundings of my treatment room. Through the deep, energetic massage, you can become more aware of your inner self and feel great in your own skin. Everything you have experienced and your current circumstances are perceived with more intensity than if we just discussed things on a purely rational level. Thoughts and feelings take on a new tone and are looked at from a perspective that has not been available until now. I will then go through the insights I gain with you and put them into order.

For this newly developed treatment, I have combined the kind of astrological consultation that has been popular for years with a relaxing and gently energetic facial treatment. While you are being pampered with high-quality, organic products, I will be following my highly-sensitive perception as I intuitively feel my way over your skin so that I can sense what is going on deep beneath the surface. At the same time, I will incorporate the individual oscillations of the cosmos in the treatment by analysing your birth chart and revealing my insights during our conversation. A unique moment emerges that allows us to flow together through the vastness of the cosmos, inside and outside, in words and touch, in skin and being.
Your birth chart describes the mood of the cosmic moment at the time you were born. This is a unique moment with an energy that will have an effect throughout your lifetime. It shows the position of the sun, the moon and the eight planets nearest the earth at the time of your birth and from the perspective of your place of birth.
